To initiate your CrossFit journey and for you to join our CrossFit Classes, we work with you in small groups of 4 or less. Our On Ramp Program consists of 2- 3 Sessions where we introduce you to the foundational movements in CrossFit. The sessions are 45-60 minutes with one of our experienced coaches. The emphasis of the On-Ramp Program is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes. We focus strictly on technique, to ensure your safety and to enhance performance!

The On-Ramp program is available fortnightly and is $120. Once you have completed those three introductory sessions you are able to join our CrossFit classes. Bookings Essential.

$180 per Month for UNLIMITED CrossFit Training


If you feel you are behind in a movement whether its Overhead Squats, Handstand Push Ups, general strength or anything gymnastics based and you need some one on one attention, this workshop will help you! With three 1 on 1 sessions with one of our head Coaches Rev or Clay, they will work in depth and get to the core of your weaknesses. The three sessions will be directly tailored to your goals and endeavor to have whatever your “goats” are  improve drastically.

Cost: $150 for all three sessions. Bookings Essential.


Private one on one sessions with a Coach.

Cost: From $50. Bookings Essential.


  • There are no contract terms associated with Direct Debit. Payments can be placed on hold if you are away, maximum one month (e.g. work, holidays.)
  • 7AM Saturday Sessions are open to all levels of CrossFit.
  • 8AM Saturday Sessions will involve advanced CrossFit movements with limited scaling options.
  • Please note we do NOT have eftpos facilities available.

CROSSFIT CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program specialising in not specialising. CrossFit is a combination of Olympic and Power lifting, gymnastics, cardiovascular movements and so much more. The best way to undestand CrossFit is to try it. SWEAT SESH Circuit based, high intensity, light weight training that is designed to make you come to class, sweat it out and leave full of endorphins. This class is low on skill and high on cardio vascular movements, to get your heart rate up and tone your body fast. MUM'S & KIDS For 30 minutes, Coaches take the kids through functional, fun exercises and games. We teach the correct form to pick something up, throw an object accurately, rhythm and intergrity. Then the Kids head to the Kids area with a Coach and the other Coach takes the mum through a quick WOD in the next 30 minutes. Welcome to kids aged from 3- 12 years old. Mum's are asked to have done CrossFit for 3 or so months as there is no in depth Coaching of the movements in the Mum's Class. Bookings are essential.
